Refund Policy

Custom Work – All Sales Final

At Rad Aesthetics, LLC, all of our products are custom-made with care and craftsmanship. This includes items made from recycled materials, custom woodworking, pet-friendly designs, and renovation work.
Because each item is uniquely created to order, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.
 

Shipping Insurance & Damaged Items

We insure all shipments through our trusted carriers. If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, you may be eligible for a replacement through the shipping carrier’s insurance policy.

To initiate a shipping damage claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 3 business days of receiving your item.

  2. Email us at Taylor@RadAesthetics.com or Alex@RadAesthetics.com.

  3. Include:

    • Clear photos of the damaged item

    • Photos of the original packaging

    • A photo of the shipping label

  4. Retain all packaging materials until the claim process is completed.

Once a claim is approved by the carrier, we will send you a replacement item at no additional cost.

Legal Disclaimer

Rad Aesthetics, LLC is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party shipping carriers. We facilitate damage claims in good faith but do not guarantee approval by the shipping carrier. Filing a timely and complete claim with supporting evidence increases the likelihood of resolution.
